INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 🍗 150g chicken breast (3 pieces)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds, ground
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber.
Remove the tendons from the chicken breast, place it in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it cool and shred.
Boil water in a pot, add kiriboshi daikon, and cook on medium heat for 4–5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and boil for an additional 30 seconds. Drain and squeeze out excess water once cooled.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, white sesame, and water). Add the cucumber, shredded chicken, kiriboshi daikon, and bean sprouts, then toss to combine.
