- 1 burdock root
Seafood
- 1 tbsp sakura shrimp
Spices
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Scrape the skin off the burdock root with the back of a knife, slice it diagonally, and cut into thin strips. Soak in water and drain.
Place burdock, sakura shrimp, and seasoning ingredients (☆) into a microwave-safe container. Mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
