- Burdock root 150g (shaved)
- Daikon 100g (thinly sliced)
- 🥕 Carrot 1/2 (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- White sesame seeds 2 tsp

Thinly slice the burdock root, daikon, and carrot, then rinse them quickly with water.
