    • 1/2 pack pea sprouts, trimmed

    • 70g kinpira gobo (burdock root stir-fry)
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake

Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them in half.

Lay out a slice of pork, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place 1/8 of the pea sprouts and kinpira gobo on it. Roll from the edge tightly. Repeat for all 8 slices.

Place the rolls seam-side down in a microwave-safe dish, drizzle with sake, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes, then let sit covered for 2 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
