    • 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
    • 🥬 1 strip kimchi
    • 1 tbsp kimchi juice
    • 1 sheet fish cake
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp seasoning powder
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź§… Some green onion
    • 1 green chili
    • Some black pepper
    • 🌰 Some sesame seeds

STEPS

Boil 500ml of water and add finely chopped kimchi.

Add chili powder, kimchi juice, seasoning powder, anchovy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir well.

Add sliced green onion, green chili, and fish cake. Let it simmer.

Add udon noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
