- 🥬 1/2 head aged kimchi
- 🍖 500g pork belly
- đź’§ sufficient water
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into large chunks.
Layer the kimchi and pork belly in a pot.
Add sufficient water and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and add the seasoning.
Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat.
Flip the pork and kimchi once during cooking (optional).
Cover and simmer for another 20 minutes on low heat.
Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces and serve.
