INGREDIENTS

- 🍖 200g of thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tuna fish sauce

STEPS
Sauté the thinly sliced pork belly over medium heat in a pot to render the fat.
Add the aged kimchi and stir-fry together with the pork for about 3 minutes.
Pour 4 cups of water, add the onion, and bring to a boil.
Add soup soy sauce, tuna fish sauce, minced garlic, and sugar, then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Bring the finished stew to a boil over medium heat one more time and serve immediately.
