INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 200g of well-fermented kimchi
- 🥓 150g of pork belly
- 🍢 1 block of tofu (about 300g, cut into squares)
Broth
- 10 anchovies
- 🌿 One piece of kelp
- đź’§ 4 cups of water
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of red chili powder
- đź§„ 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of soybean paste
STEPS
Cut the kimchi into appropriate sizes and prepare.
Boil anchovies and kelp for 10 minutes to prepare the broth.
Stir-fry pork belly slightly in a heated pot.
Add the kimchi to the pot and stir-fry together, then pour in the broth.
Add red chili powder, minced garlic, and soybean paste and simmer over medium heat.
