INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls boiled siraegi
- đź§… 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Broth
- 1 anchovy broth pack
- đź’§ 1 liter water
STEPS
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Slice the green chili and red chili into small pieces.
Cut the boiled siraegi into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the siraegi with soybean paste in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot and add the anchovy broth pack.
Add the soybean paste-coated siraegi to the boiling water and stir well.
Add diced onion, green chili, and red chili to the pot.
Add minced garlic and stir thoroughly.
Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
Remove the anchovy broth pack and adjust seasoning with more soybean paste if needed.
Simmer for a few more minutes and serve hot.
