INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 🍚 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/3 cup soaked rice cakes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp anchovy powder
STEPS
Chop the kimchi finely and soak the rice cakes in water.
Boil anchovy broth and add the chopped kimchi. Simmer until the kimchi softens.
Add the cooked rice and rice cakes to the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
Add noodles if desired and stir gently to prevent sticking.
Season with shrimp paste or salt to taste.
Crack an egg into the soup and cook until partially set.
Garnish with seaweed flakes and serve hot.
