INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/4 head of kimchi
- 🍖 300g pork shoulder
- đź§… 1/2 onion
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
- đź’§ 1 liter water
Seasonings
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Heat a pot with a small amount of cooking oil and stir-fry the pork shoulder.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp fermented shrimp, and 2 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry briefly, then add 1 liter of water.
Add chopped onion, green onion, and sliced kimchi. Pour in 1/2 cup of kimchi juice.
Season with 1 tsp salt and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp vinegar and tofu. Simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
