INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl black rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 packs kimchi
- đź§„ 15 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp gochugaru (Korean chili powder)
STEPS
Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Slice the garlic and fry it in oil until golden brown. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Whisk the eggs and scramble them in a pan. Set aside.
Heat perilla oil in a pan, add the chopped kimchi, and stir-fry. Add soy sauce and gochugaru, and continue to stir-fry.
Add the black rice to the pan and mix well. Add oyster sauce and mix again. Then, add the scrambled eggs and combine.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve the fried rice in a bowl. Garnish with fried garlic slices.
