INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups fermented kimchi
- 3 sheets fish cake
- 1 handful bean sprouts

Broth & Seasoning
- 1.5L anchovy stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
STEPS
Prepare the broth by boiling 1.5L water with 1 stock pack for 15 minutes. Remove the stock pack after boiling.
Cut 3 sheets of fish cake and 1 green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Add 2 cups of kimchi and the cut fish cake into the broth. Optionally, add kimchi juice for stronger flavor.
Boil until the fish cake floats and is cooked through.
Add 1 handful of bean sprouts and the cut green onion into the soup. Continue boiling.
Season with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp shrimp paste. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve the soup hot. Enjoy the tangy and savory combination of kimchi, fish cake, and bean sprouts.
