INGREDIENTS

- 🥬 1/2 cup of kimchi (finely chopped)
- 🥚 4 eggs

- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Optional Ingredients

STEPS
Chop the kimchi finely and prepare it.
Beat the eggs and mix them with salt and the finely chopped kimchi.
Add cooking oil to a pan and pour the egg mixture over low heat.
When the eggs are halfway cooked, carefully roll them up and cook thoroughly.
If desired, drizzle a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle chopped green onions to finish.
