- 🍚 2 cups of cold rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥬 1 cup of chopped kimchi

- 1 tablespoon of gochujang

STEPS
Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, and stir-fry the chopped green onion to release its aroma.
Add chopped kimchi and stir-fry until it becomes soft.
Add cold rice, mix in gochujang and soy sauce, and stir-fry everything well.
Scramble eggs separately and mix them into the fried rice.
Plate the finished fried rice and optionally sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
