    • 🧈 1 block tofu
    • 🍤 Optional: frozen shrimp

    • 🍲 600 ml bone broth
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 🧂 3-4 dashes black pepper
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt

STEPS

Prepare vegetables by slicing tofu, zucchini, green chilies, onion, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion. Place them in a pot along with dumplings and kimchi with its juice.

Add bone broth, minced garlic, red pepper powder, black pepper, soy sauce, and salt to the pot.

Cover the pot and bring to a boil until bubbling.

Slice green onion and prepare frozen shrimp if using. Add shrimp later to maintain its texture.

Once boiling, add green onion and shrimp. Cook until dumplings are fully cooked.

Serve hot. Optionally, cut dumplings in half and mix the filling with the broth for enhanced flavor.
