STEPS

Cut the pork belly into 6cm wide pieces.

Layer half of the bean sprouts in a frying pan, then place half of the pork belly slices evenly on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add half of the kimchi. Repeat the layering process and top with pizza cheese.

Pour water into the pan, cover with a lid, and steam over medium heat for 5–6 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

Sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.
