    • 8 slices pork loin (160g)
  • Vegetables

    • 4 green beans
  • Seaweed

    • 1 sheet nori
  • Fermented

    • 150g kimchi
  • Cheese

    • 40g pizza cheese
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
  • Garnish

    • Green leaf, as needed

Trim the ends of the green beans and cut the nori sheet in half.

Lay 4 slices of pork loin slightly overlapping, place nori, kimchi, cheese, and green beans on the pork, then roll tightly. Repeat to make 2 rolls.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-low heat, place the rolls seam-side down, and cook for 1 minute. Turn occasionally and cook for 4–5 minutes until evenly browned.

Add the sauce ingredients to the pan, simmer and coat the rolls, then remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
