INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
Cheese
- đź§€ 5 slices processed cheese

- 1 pack dumpling wrappers (20–25 pieces)
Seasoning

- Salad oil as needed
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
Sauces and Spices
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp potato starch
STEPS
Mince the green onion, chop the chives, and roughly mince the kimchi. Cut the cheese into quarters.
In a bowl, mix ground pork with salt and pepper until sticky. Add sake, soy sauce, garlic paste, sesame oil, and potato starch, then mix well. Add green onion, chives, and kimchi, and combine thoroughly.
Place a portion of filling and a piece of cheese onto a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Add water, cover, and steam for 6–7 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates. Serve hot.
