    • 🥬 1/4 head aged kimchi
    • 🍖 600g pork neck
    • đź§… 1 stalk green onion
    • đź§… 1 onion
    • 2 coin stocks
    • đź’§ 1L water
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp gochujang

STEPS

Slice the onion and layer it at the bottom of a pot.

Place the aged kimchi on top of the onion and insert pork neck pieces between the kimchi layers.

Add 1L of water and 2 coin stocks to the pot.

Mix soy sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, sugar, and gochujang in a bowl to create the seasoning.

Pour the seasoning over the aged kimchi and simmer for 30–40 minutes.

Add chopped green onion and simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
