INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving of somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped napa kimchi
- 2 chopped green chili peppers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Mix gochujang, plum extract, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, oligosaccharide, and soy sauce to make the sauce.
Chop green chili peppers and napa kimchi into small pieces.
Measure one serving of somyeon noodles (approximately the size of a coin).
Boil water and add the noodles, stirring to prevent sticking.
Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water to remove excess starch.
Combine noodles, sauce, kimchi, and chili peppers in a pot and mix gently.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
