    • 1/2 head aged kimchi
    • 200g bean sprouts
    • 1 green chili
    • đź§… 1/2 green onion
    • 1 anchovy kelp tea bag
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp dashida

STEPS

Place the remaining aged kimchi into a pot.

Fill the pot with water up to 2/3 full.

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp fish sauce.

Add 1 anchovy kelp tea bag and bring to a boil.

Rinse the bean sprouts and add them to the pot.

Slice the green chili and green onion, then prepare them for later.

Add 1 tbsp chili powder and let the soup boil.

Simmer for about 20 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

Add the sliced green chili and bean sprouts to the pot.

Season with 1 tsp dashida and additional salt to taste.

Add the green onion and simmer briefly before serving.
