    • 1 cup tofu (diced)

    • 🍠 1/2 cup sweet potato (diced)
    • 🍚 4 servings of rice
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce (light)

STEPS

Pour 4 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the chopped kimchi to the boiling water and bring it to boil again.

Add the beef and onion; simmer on low heat while seasoning with soy sauce.
