- 1 cup kimchi (finely chopped)
- 🍖 200g beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup tofu (diced)
- đź§… 1/2 cup onion (minced)
- 🍠1/2 cup sweet potato (diced)
- 🍚 4 servings of rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (light)

Pour 4 cups of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the chopped kimchi to the boiling water and bring it to boil again.

Add the beef and onion; simmer on low heat while seasoning with soy sauce.
