- 12 pieces kim mari

- 🥕 30g carrot
- 30g paprika
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/3 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch black pepper
STEPS
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Slice onion, carrot, and paprika into thin strips about 1cm thick.
Heat oil in a narrow frying pan over medium heat and fry kim mari until golden brown.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic over low heat until golden.
Add sliced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry over high heat until onions turn translucent.
Reduce heat to medium and add the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add fried kim mari to the pan and stir-fry for 20–30 seconds until coated with sauce.
