  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
  • Meat

    • 🌭 4 sausage links, sliced
  • Vegetables

    • 🌽 40g canned corn
    • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • Condiments

    • 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
    • đź§€ 1 tbsp powdered cheese
    • đź§‚ A pinch of black pepper

    • 4 spring roll wrappers
  • Oil

    • Enough salad oil for frying
  • Binding

    • 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • đź’§ 2 tbsp water

STEPS

Slice the sausages into 5mm pieces and chop the green pepper. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.

Mix the microwaved ingredients with corn, cooked white rice, ketchup, powdered cheese, and black pepper until evenly combined. Divide into 4 portions.

Place a portion of ketchup rice on a spring roll wrapper, forming a stick shape. Apply the flour-water mixture to three edges of the wrapper, fold the bottom edge over the rice, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with the flour-water mixture.

Heat salad oil to 170°C in a frying pan, ensuring the oil is about 2cm deep. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
