INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head (300g) cabbage
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a resealable bag, mix all the marinade ingredients (☆). Add the chicken and cabbage, massage to coat, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the marinated chicken and cabbage, and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
