INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 slices kajiki (swordfish)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Batter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🌰 Sesame seeds as needed
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame paste
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Mix flour and milk to create batter. Combine ☆ ingredients to make sesame sauce.
Pat dry kajiki slices, season with salt and pepper, then coat with batter followed by sesame seeds.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and fry kajiki slices until golden and cooked through. Remove and plate.
