INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 4 slices prosciutto
Cheese / Dairy
- 30g cream cheese
Vegetables
- 2 turnips with leaves (160g)
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Separate the turnip leaves from the white part. Peel the white part and cut it in half vertically. Place the cut side down and slice into quarters. Cut the leaves into 3cm pieces.
Cut the cream cheese into 1cm cubes.
Cut the prosciutto in half.
Mix the seasonings (salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil) in a bowl. Add the prosciutto, cream cheese, turnip white part, and turnip leaves. Toss well.
