Meat
- 🥩 600g beef shoulder steak
Seasoning

- Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Bring the beef to room temperature and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place the beef on a wire rack over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes.
Season both sides of the beef with salt and pepper. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sear the beef until browned on both sides.
Wrap the beef in aluminum foil and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the juices to settle. Slice into desired portions and serve.
