INGREDIENTS
Soup Base
- 1 piece kombu
- 10 dried anchovies
- 1 small beltfish
- 2 green onion roots
Main Ingredients
- 200g bean sprouts
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp fermented shrimp
- 2 chopped green chili peppers
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp chili powder
STEPS
Place kombu, dried anchovies, beltfish, and green onion roots in a clay pot.
Add a handful of bean sprouts on top of the soup base ingredients.
Fill the pot with water and add minced garlic and fermented shrimp. Cover and boil rapidly for 6–7 minutes.
Top with chopped green chili peppers and sesame seeds.
Add an egg without breaking the yolk.
Sprinkle chili powder for a spicy kick and serve hot.
