INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 4 servings glass noodles
Vegetables
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 🥬 1/3 bunch spinach, cleaned

Protein
- 🥩 50g beef, sliced
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/2 cup soy sauce
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Soak the glass noodles in water for 15-20 minutes until softened.
Slice the red and yellow bell peppers, onion, and clean the spinach thoroughly.
Stir-fry the beef in a pan until lightly cooked.
Add the sliced vegetables to the pan with the beef and stir-fry together.
In a separate pan, stir-fry the soaked noodles with soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, and sesame seeds until well seasoned.
Combine the stir-fried noodles with the cooked vegetables and beef, and stir-fry briefly.
Finish with sesame oil and serve warm.
