    • 4 ounces lean beef, cut into 2-inch long strips
  • Vegetables

    • 6 ounces fresh spinach

    • 🍄 4 mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
    • 🥕 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided

STEPS

Whisk soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl to make the sauce.

Cook sweet potato noodles in lightly salted boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
