INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍜 2 packs of Chinese noodles
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
- 1/2 cauliflower (separated into small florets)
- 🍅 1 tomato (diced)
Seasonings
- 💧 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
STEPS
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry the pork in a frying pan. When the color changes, remove it from the pan.
Using the same frying pan, lightly stir-fry the cauliflower. Add water, cover, and steam until softened.
Add the Chinese noodles, the cooked pork, and the diced tomato. Stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed.
Add soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar, and stir-fry until the seasoning is evenly absorbed.
