- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef 150g
- 🍄 Mushrooms (e.g., shimeji or shiitake) 100g
- 🥕 Carrot Half (julienned)

Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
STEPS
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Chop all the vegetables. Julien the carrot and slice the onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef.
Once the meat is cooked, remove it, and stir-fry the vegetables in the same pan.
Add the beef back in, stir in the seasonings, and mix everything well.
Plate the dish and it's ready to serve.
