INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, diced

- 🐟 1/2 can tuna in water
Seasoning
- 🧴 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌿 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🐟 1/2 packet bonito flakes
STEPS
Dice the potatoes into 1.5 cm cubes and soak them in water for 10 minutes. Drain the water.
Dice the carrot into 1 cm cubes.
Place the potatoes and carrots in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, wasabi, salt, pepper, and bonito flakes with the cooled vegetables.
