INGREDIENTS

Seasonings

- 2 tbsp sake

STEPS
Remove tendons from the beef and slice it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion evenly, not too thin.
Torch the surface of the onion lightly to remove moisture and enhance sweetness.

Cook the beef on low heat until one side turns brown.
Add sake and mirin to the pan and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
