Wash and cut the Japanese chives into 3-4 cm pieces.

Rinse the bean sprouts thoroughly and drain.

Rehydrate the dried seaweed in water for a few minutes, then drain.

In a pot, combine water, dashi powder, salt, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.

Add the bean sprouts and seaweed to the boiling soup. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
