- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and place it in a microwave-safe container. Add the sauce ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, then let it cool completely.
Arrange the onion mixture on a plate, top with canned sardines, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
