INGREDIENTS

- 1 pack (170g) ito konnyaku
- 1 pack (80g) shredded bamboo shoots
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add ito konnyaku and briefly blanch. Drain the water. Repeat the same process for bamboo shoots.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ito konnyaku and bamboo shoots, and stir-fry.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger) and stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
