    • 1 pack pea shoots
  • Seasoning

    • White sesame seeds, as needed
    • 1 tsp kombu tea powder
    • 2 tsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • Black pepper, a pinch

STEPS

Trim the roots of the pea shoots, cut them into bite-sized pieces, rinse lightly, and drain excess water.

In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (kombu tea, mayonnaise, sesame oil, and black pepper).

Add the pea shoots and canned tuna (including the liquid) to the bowl and mix well.
