- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Canned Goods
- 1 can tuna
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and drain thoroughly.
Mix the seasonings (sesame oil, ponzu soy sauce, ground sesame, salt, and pepper) in a container. Add the bean sprouts, kaiware sprouts, and drained tuna, then mix well.
