STEPS
Place frozen horse mackerel cutlets in a frying pan without overlapping. Add salad oil until the cutlets are submerged. Heat to 170°C over medium heat and fry for 8–10 minutes until bubbles become smaller.
Flip the cutlets and fry for another 7–8 minutes until golden brown.
Increase the oil temperature to 180°C and fry until crispy.
