  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 6 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds

STEPS

Slice the carrot, onion, bell pepper, and prepare oyster mushrooms. Chop the green onion finely.

Soak the glass noodles in water for 20 minutes.

Marinate the beef with soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix in the prepared vegetables.
