INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 1 pack (120g) boiled hotaru squid
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 leaves (120g) cabbage
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper

- 3 tbsp pasta cooking water
STEPS
Remove the eyes and beak from the hotaru squid.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly and remove its core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook according to the package instructions. Reserve 3 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add hotaru squid and cabbage, stir-frying until the cabbage softens.
Add the spaghetti, reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix quickly and serve.
