INGREDIENTS

- 100g hotaru squid
Vegetables
- 4 stalks asparagus
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the potatoes in half, then slice into 5mm pieces. Soak in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container for 3 minutes at 600W.
Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and peel the lower third with a peeler. Slice diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the garlic after removing its core.
Prepare the hotaru squid by removing the cartilage, eyes, and beak.
Heat a frying pan with the seasonings (olive oil, garlic, chili, anchovy paste, salt, pepper). Once fragrant, add the potatoes, asparagus, and squid. Stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
