INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 80g horse mackerel (sashimi)
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 3g dried wakame
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Seasonings
- 2 pinches Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Slice the cucumber thinly, place it in a container, sprinkle with salt, rub gently, let sit for 5 minutes, and squeeze out the excess water.
Cut the ginger into thin strips. Soak the dried wakame in plenty of water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (dashi powder, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce) until well combined.
Add the horse mackerel, cucumber, wakame, and ginger to the bowl and mix well.
