Sesame Dressing
- 3 tbsp ground sesame
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, cook the horse mackerel on both sides, flake it, and let it cool.
Thinly slice the myoga. Slice the cucumber thinly, rub with salt, let sit for 5 minutes, and squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix the sesame dressing ingredients (ground sesame, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce). Add the mackerel, myoga, and cucumber, and mix well.
