INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 300g pork belly (block)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- đź§… 1/2 onion
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 4 tbsp sake
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp grain mustard
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into 4cm thick pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the potatoes into large bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into wedges.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, honey, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, and water) in a container.
Place all ingredients into a rice cooker and level them evenly. Cook using the normal rice cooking setting.
