- 🥕 400g radish
- 🍋 7 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 2 gardenia pods
- đź’§ 100ml water
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
STEPS
Prepare the radish. If Korean radish is unavailable, use regular radish.
Soak 2 gardenia pods in 100ml of water to extract the color for 15–20 minutes.
Mix lemon juice, honey, salt, and strained gardenia water together.
Stir the mixture until the salt dissolves completely and all ingredients are well combined.
Pour the prepared sauce over the cut radish.
Let the radish sit for 30 minutes to absorb the color and flavor.
