Homemade Cheese Fondue

  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 1 potato (150g)
    • 🎃 150g pumpkin, seeds removed
    • 🥦 1/2 head boiled broccoli

    • 🍗 150g chicken thigh
    • 🌭 4 sausages
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Bread

    • 🥖 10cm French bread
  • Cheese

    • 🧀 150g pizza cheese
  • Other

    • 🧄 1/2 clove garlic
    • 1 tsp potato starch
    • 🍷 75ml dry white wine

Wrap the potato in plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 500W. Peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Wrap the pumpkin in plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare broccoli by dividing into small florets. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Slice sausages diagonally. Cut French bread into bite-sized pieces.

Rub the cut side of garlic onto the inside of a folded foil box to add aroma.

Place the foil box on a hot plate. Add cheese and sprinkle potato starch. Heat white wine in a microwave for 1 minute and pour into the cheese.

Stir the cheese mixture occasionally while heating. Arrange prepared ingredients on the hot plate and grill them. Dip grilled items into melted cheese and enjoy.
